Darsean Kelley is suing Colorado police because one of cops deployed his Taser on him without reason.

Kelley coincidentally appeared in the place where police were looking for an armed suspect. Without any explanation cops demanded Kelley and his friend to sit down. Kelley said he actually cannot sit down because of pulled groin, but cops ignored this information. When Kelley said “I know my rights” cop tasered him.

According to the source, “the IRB agreed unanimously with the findings of the Force Review Board that the use of force in this instance was reasonable, appropriate and within policy. The IRB does not believe there is anything in this incident that warrants additional awareness, action or investigation.”

“Within policy”? It must be a shitty policy, huh? No, it’s not reasonable use of force. It was a clear display of incompetence and racial prejudice. If they say it’s their policy… well, then we are the enemies of the state.
